As an industry leader, Tongzhou Electronics has participated in the formulation of 70% of radio and television standards, and is the deputy head unit of the China Next Generation Broadcasting Network (NGB) working group and the deputy head unit of the China Smart TV Operating System (TVOS) working group.

On December 12, 2016, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television released the TVOS industry standard "GY/T 303.1-2016: Smart TV Operating System Part 1: Function and Architecture" and "GY/T 303.2-2016: Smart TV Operating System Part 2" : Safety", Tongzhou is one of the drafting units of the two standards.

In 2017, in response to the vigorous development and promotion of TVOS, a smart TV operating system, by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television to promote the standardization and intelligence of radio and television terminals. Tongzhou set up a TVOS special group, responsible for the upgrade of TVOS system, after 4 months of hard work and hard work, overcame one technical problem after another, and developed a new version of Tongzhou TVOS operating system.

The new version of Tongzhou TVOS operating system was submitted to the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television for certification on July 1, 2017, and passed more than 2,300 tests of 11 modules. On November 23, it officially obtained the TVOS2.1 certification report of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, and Tongzhou Electronics also became the first company in the country to obtain the TVOS2.1 certification.
