Growing Together Through Years of Hard Work — Tongzhou Employees’ Birthday Celebration

In May, during the early days of summer, to promote the company’s corporate culture, demonstrate our care for employees, strengthen their sense of identity and belonging, and foster internal communication and information sharing—ensuring that every employee feels the warmth and support of the team—the company specially organized birthday celebrations for those celebrating their birthdays in the first half of the year, extending our heartfelt wishes.
  
At 4:00 p.m. on May 13, the birthday celebration began promptly. The host first extended warm birthday wishes to employees whose birthdays fell in the first half of the year and offered a simple suggestion: As the saying goes, a child’s birthday is also a mother’s day of hardship, so we encourage this year’s honorees to give their mothers nearby a hug and call those far away, saying, “Mom, you’ve worked so hard!”

Company executives place great importance on employee birthday celebrations, and General Manager Mo Bing made a special trip to join the birthday honorees in marking their special day. With thoughtful care, General Manager Mo inquired about each celebrant’s work and family updates, while sharing his own life philosophies and perspectives, thereby deepening mutual understanding. Touched by this warmth, the birthday stars eagerly voiced their thoughts and opinions, engaging in casual conversation with their leaders. The celebration was filled with joy and camaraderie, as everyone laughed and chatted, creating a festive yet heartwarming atmosphere.  
 
Next, the interactive game “Who’s the Hoop‑Throwing King” kicked off. At the host’s command, “Let’s go!”, the birthday celebrants eagerly showed off their skills, and everyone walked away with plenty of fun and prizes. The second activity was a plank‑holding endurance challenge: one minute, two minutes, three minutes… Cheers erupted again and again, pushing the party to yet another thrilling climax.  
 
Next, we moved on to the highlight of the birthday celebration: making wishes, blowing out the candles, and enjoying the cake. Amid cheerful songs, the birthday stars lit their candles, made their heartfelt wishes, and savored their very own birthday cakes. As the festivities drew to a close, we wished each birthday celebrant peace and happiness in every passing year, and a loving, joyful family.  
   
The successful organization of this birthday celebration has set a positive precedent for the company’s employee‑focused activities and marks the beginning of our commitment to enriching staff entertainment and showing genuine care for our team. We are confident that, with the concerted efforts of all Tongzhou employees, we will foster a work environment characterized by unity, collaboration, harmony, positivity, and unwavering determination—ensuring that Tongzhou continues to achieve even greater success in the years ahead.
