The Guizhou Radio and Television Network’s HD interactive platform was developed in the first half of 2011 and officially launched for commercial use on December 13, 2011. Built on the NGOD protocol, the platform supports a wide range of interactive services. Its programming not only caters to cutting-edge, fashion‑forward, and high‑tech consumer needs but also offers a diverse array of lifestyle‑oriented content. In particular, its multi‑screen viewing service transforms mobile smart devices into portable televisions, enabling users to “see the world through a single network, with the world condensed onto one screen.”
Solutions and Services
On this platform, our company has developed three major subsystems: the Business Operations Management System (BO), the Content Delivery Network System (CDN), and the Streaming Server System (VSS). In addition, the platform encompasses ancillary services such as the Terminal Network Management System, the Data Collection System, the GUI System, the IP Upgrade System, the Mixing and Scheduling System, the Recording System, and value-added services, thereby providing a robust and stable foundational infrastructure and an integrated operations management platform for the construction of Guizhou Radio and Television Network’s HD interactive platform.
Our company, leveraging a target market encompassing the entire province plus eight prefectures and cities, employs a centralized distribution model with a two-tier architecture and tiered deployment, ensuring that users across the province enjoy an optimal viewing experience under unified management and operations.
The platform adopts an open‑architecture design philosophy, complies with both the NGOD and NGB development protocols, and provides unified interfaces and services to external users, thereby laying a solid foundation for the rapid deployment of provincial‑level network services.
