Fujian High-Definition Interactive Multimedia Cloud Platform
The Fujian High-Definition Interactive Multimedia Cloud Platform was commissioned at the end of 2013 and officially launched for commercial use on May 18, 2014. Built on the Next-Generation Broadcasting and Television Network (NGB) and leveraging cloud‑based architecture, the platform is user‑centric and integrates video services, communication services, information services, and cultural‑entertainment functions into a comprehensive, all‑in‑one solution.

Solutions and Services
On this platform, our company has developed three major subsystems—the Business Operations Management System (BO), the Content Delivery Network System (CDN), and the Streaming Server System (VSS)—providing a robust and stable foundational infrastructure as well as an operations management platform for the construction of Fujian Province’s cloud computing platform.
Our company, leveraging a target market encompassing 9+1 prefecture-level cities across the province, employs a two-tier architecture with tiered deployment to ensure that users throughout the province enjoy an optimal viewing experience under unified management and operations.
The platform adopts an open‑architecture design philosophy, complies with both the NGOD and NGB development protocols, and provides unified interfaces and services to external users, thereby laying a solid foundation for the rapid deployment of provincial‑level network services.
Current Scale and Performance
- To date, the platform has amassed over 800,000 users, with 110,000 concurrent users, and boasts industry-leading user activation and viewing rates in China.
- The system has operated safely and stably for an extended period, with all business functions running smoothly.
